Terms and Conditions for Apartment Wien/Josefstadt

 

1. Introduction

Welcome to Apartment Wien/Josefstadt a thoughtfully decorated home in Vienna. These Terms and Conditions govern the rental of our apartment. By booking or staying with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking and Payment

- Reservations: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed rental agreement and payment of the deposit (if applicable).

- Payment Terms: Full payment is due before check-in. We accept bank transfers or other agreed-upon methods.

- Cancellation Policy:

  - Cancellations made 30+ days before arrival: Full refund of payments, minus a €100 administrative fee.

  - Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival: No refund, unless we can re-rent the apartment for the same period.

3. House Rules

- Use of the Apartment: The apartment is for residential use only. No parties, events, or subletting are permitted.

- Respect for the Space: Treat the apartment as you would your own home. Any damage or loss must be reported immediately and may incur repair or replacement costs.

- Quiet Hours: Respect the neighborhood. Keep noise levels low, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM.

- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

- Pets: Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

- Check-In: After 3 PM (unless otherwise arranged).

- Check-Out: By 11 AM.

- Late Check-Out: May be possible for an additional fee, subject to availability.

5. Liability and Insurance

- Guest Responsibility: You are responsible for your personal belongings and any accidents or injuries during your stay.

- Insurance: We recommend travel insurance to cover personal items, cancellations, or unexpected events.

6. Changes and Termination

- By Us: We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance issues). In such cases, we will notify you immediately and offer a full refund or alternative dates.

- By You: Early termination of your stay does not entitle you to a refund for unused nights.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described.

8. Miscellaneous

- Governing Law: These terms are governed by Austrian law. Any disputes will be resolved in Vienna.

- Amendments: We may update these terms. The latest version will always be available on our website.
